I run into an old friend over chili verde at Alicia’s Burrito Place in Alpine. It’s authentic West Texas dining at its finest! Alicia’s is a wonderful example of a down-home cooking here in Alpine. Alpine dining with great Tex-Mex culture thrown in the mix.

I still have fantasies about Alicia’s. I doubt it could live up to the legend built up in my mind.
It’s just as good as your fantasies… give yourself a treat, lapse from vegetarianism and eat a heart attack burrito.
It’s amazing food, but ten dollars for a burger and fries?
