The Terlingua Moon

by West Texas Weekly on February 12, 2009

The Terlingua Moon has been one of the best sources of news and events in the South County ever since I lived there as a child. Check it out.

Increasingly, the Terlingua Moon is important. Why? No one can buy or sell it. It is made by the people for the people.

They have been an inspiration to me. Rural Texans are a lot sharper than people give us credit for. If there’s a spontaneous desire for something in the community, we will spontaneously create a stopgap measure without all the fuss and muss of endless meetings and bullshit.

Support independent media. Visit their site and support the events listed there.
